School messages

Information and urgent messages are sent by email or text. It is very important that you have an up-to-date email address and mobile telephone number registered with us.

Emails are delivered directly to parent email accounts. Texts are delivered to your mobile phone BUT if you have the MCAS App they are delivered here and parents are advised to ensure notifications are enabled.

Families without email or computer access should let us know this so that we can make arrangements to send paper copies of letters and reports to you.

The MCAS App is free to download and encourage all parents to download it following the instructions below.

Progress Reporting/Parent Meetings

Parents are invited to attend annual Progress Review Meetings in person, which take place after a full written report has been received. Appointments are booked via the MCAS app. The focus of the meetings is the student’s progress from Key Stage 2 towards End of Year/Key Stage/GCSE Targets. Current reports and data are always available on MCAS.
