Welcome to the Thamesmead online payment system

This system allows you to make online payments to our school for events, trips, school meals/cashless catering and resources.

Tucasi/Scopay is very easy to use and gives parents the freedom to make payments at their convenience.  Thamesmead School accepts all major debit and credit cards. All card payments are secure and adhere to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Canteen accounts are also topped up through Tucasi/Scopay. Payments for Innovate Services who run our canteen are processed by Cunninghams, and so your bank statement would display ‘Cunninghams’ for payments made for the canteen.  Siblings joining Thamesmead later are automatically added to your existing account using a link code.

Please refer to the letter sent home for details of your Pupil Link Code(s) for the payment system.

TUCASI Parent Guide – Making Payments

TUCASI FAQs

Click on the Tucasi School Cash Office icon on the Payment page.
Click on Create New Account the first time you enter Tucasi.
Enter a user name and password. The user name must be a valid email address.
Enter the Online Link Code that has been supplied by Thamesmead. You will be provided with an Online link code for each child you have at the school, but should enter only one when you first create your Tuscasi account as the other will be entered within the website. (See ‘I have more than one child at Thamesmead’ for how to link sibling accounts)
Enter your billing address details (these need to match the address on the credit/debit card that will be used for making online payments).
Click on Confirm
Login with your email address and password.

  • View your Order History (click on an order number to display the details)
  • View/amend the Billing address by clicking on Address
  • Amend account login information by clicking on Email/Password
  • Set the daily spend limit for cashless catering in Pupil Settings
  • Link sibling accounts together in Link Account

After the Tucasi log in screen select Reset Password
Type in your current email address
You will receive an email with your password details
OR
Contact the Finance Office at Thamesmead school and they will reset your password.
You will have received an Online link code for each child at Thamesmead School, these can be linked as follows:-
Click on Your Account
Click on Link Account to link Sibling accounts. Enter the Online link code and click on link account. repeat for each Sibling.

To navigate to the item you want, either use the Quick Links on the right of the screen or scroll down to the item.Once you have located the item enter the amount/quantity and click ‘Add to basket’, the details will then be displayed in your basket.
Click on ‘Checkout’ to review the contents of your basket, from there you can either ‘Edit’ your basket or go to ‘Checkout’ to place the order and enter the payment details.
To remove items from your basket, click the ‘Checkout’ button in Your Basket.
Click on ‘Edit’ then select ‘Delete Item’.
Click on ‘Back’ to continue shopping or ‘Checkout’ to place the  order and enter payment details.

All payments are made through the WorldPay payment system which adheres to the highest level of compliance to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council standards.
